Our meat menu will have three types of meat:
-Grass-fed Beef
-Free Range Chicken

All meat will be local and raised naturally without antibiotics and hormones. We will be packing them alternately each week so that you will get a nice variety. Our meat will be mostly ground due to the quantity and expense of steaks and special cuts. If you want to trade out for a special cut or steak, just let us know, we have some available. Our chickens come whole. We will occasionally use other types of meat to create more variety in your dishes.
