Ingredients:
- 1 medium – Butternut squash
- 1 tablespoon – Applesauce
- 1 tablespoon – Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon – Molasses
- 2 tablespoons – Orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon – Ginger, ground
- 1 tablespoon – Cinnamon, ground
Directions:
- Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining
ingredients. Pour over squash. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, covered.
