Ingredients:

  • 1 medium – Butternut squash
  • 1 tablespoon – Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon – Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon – Molasses
  • 2 tablespoons – Orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon – Ginger, ground
  • 1 tablespoon – Cinnamon, ground

Directions:

  1. Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining
    ingredients. Pour over squash. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, covered.
