Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons – olive oil
- 2 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 tablespoon – salt
- 1/4 tablespoon – pepper
- 1 small – butternut squash peeled & cut lengthwise into half inch strips
Directions:
- Prep time is 20 min.
- In small bowl combine all ingredients except squash and brush over the slices.
- Grill squash, covered, over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
