Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons – olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tablespoon – salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon – pepper
  • 1 small – butternut squash peeled & cut lengthwise into half inch strips

Directions:

  1. Prep time is 20 min.
  2. In small bowl combine all ingredients except squash and brush over the slices.
  3. Grill squash, covered, over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
