Ingredients:

  • 2 Cucumbers – sliced thin
  • 2 large – Ripe Tomatoes – cut in wedges
  • 2 oz – Feta Cheese – crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon – Kalamata Olives – pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – or more as desired
  • 1/4 cup – Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon – chopped Fresh Oregano

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand 20 minutes, then toss and serve.
