Ingredients:
- 2 Cucumbers – sliced thin
- 2 large – Ripe Tomatoes – cut in wedges
- 2 oz – Feta Cheese – crumbled
- 2 tablespoon – Kalamata Olives – pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – or more as desired
- 1/4 cup – Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon – chopped Fresh Oregano
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand 20 minutes, then toss and serve.
