- 1 1/2 pounds – tiny new or medium Potatoes
- 1/4 cup – Parsley
- 1 tablespoon – Lemon juice
- Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain.
- Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
- Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
