Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds – tiny new or medium Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup – Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon – Lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain.
  2. Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
