Ingredients:
- 1 medium – chopped Onion
- 2 tablespoons – Oil
- 1 package – Okra [10 oz.]
- 1 cup – Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon – Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon – Pepper
Directions:
- Cook onion in fat in saucepan over moderate heat until lightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until okra is tender and mixture thickens, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
