Ingredients:
- 1 pound – mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons – margarine
- 1/4 cup – chopped onion
- 1/4 cup – chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon – salt
- 1/4 teaspoon – pepper
- 1 tablespoon – margarine
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350. Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems to measure 1/3 cup.
Heat 2 Tablespoons margarine in skillet over medium heat. Cook chopped stems, onion, pepper, about 4 minutes.
Stir in bread crumbs and spices. - Heat 1 Tablespoon margarine in shallow baking pan until melted. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place
mushrooms filled side up in pan. Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.
