Ingredients:
- 3 cup – Cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup – Butter
- 3/4 cup – Sugar
- 1/2 Bag of marshmellows
- TOPPING
- 1 cup – Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup – plain Flour
- 1 cup – Chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup – Butter
Directions:
- May use can mashed sweet potatoes.
- Season with vanilla (1 t), salt (1/2 t), cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
- Whip all together and pour in greased casserole dish.
- Mix topping ingredients on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350°F oven.
