Ingredients:

  • 3 cup – Cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup – Butter
  • 3/4 cup – Sugar
  • 1/2 Bag of marshmellows
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup – Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup – plain Flour
  • 1 cup – Chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup – Butter

Directions:

  1. May use can mashed sweet potatoes.
  2. Season with vanilla (1 t), salt (1/2 t), cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
  3. Whip all together and pour in greased casserole dish.
  4. Mix topping ingredients on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350°F oven.
