Ingredients:
- 4 slices – chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup – chopped onions
- 2 tablespoon – sugar
- 1/4 cup – vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon – salt
- 1/8 teaspoon – pepper
- 4 cups – shredded cabbage
Directions:
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon and set aside.
- To fat in pan, add onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Stir.
- Add shredded cabbage.
- Cook on Medium, uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
