Ingredients:

  • 4 slices – chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup – chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon – sugar
  • 1/4 cup – vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon – salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon – pepper
  • 4 cups – shredded cabbage

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside.
  3. To fat in pan, add onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add shredded cabbage.
  6. Cook on Medium, uncovered for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon.
